Zion National Park Shuttles

Get to the Trailhead. Start Your Adventure.

Zion Adventures® provides scheduled trailhead shuttles for hikers, backpackers, and canyoneers heading to remote trailheads throughout Zion National Park and the surrounding area.

The National Park Service and Springdale shuttle systems make getting around the main Zion Canyon easy but many of Zion’s most memorable backcountry adventures start beyond its reach. Our shuttles get you to trailheads like Chamberlain’s Ranch, Lava Point, Lee Pass, Hop Valley, Wildcat Canyon, Left Fork and others so you can focus on the adventure ahead, not the logistics of getting there.

Why Use a Zion Adventures® Shuttle?

Go Beyond the Main Canyon

The Zion National Park shuttle gets visitors through the main ZIon Canyon, but many of Zion’s best backcountry adventures begin outside that transportation system.

A trailhead shuttle can help when your hike starts at a remote trailhead, your route is point-to-point, or you don’t want to leave a second vehicle at the end of your hike.

A trailhead shuttle makes sense when you:

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Know Your Trailhead

Start with your exact trailhead and hiking route. Many Zion adventures have similar-sounding destinations but require different transportation.

Check Your Permits

Your shuttle reservation does not include park entrance fees or backcountry permits. If your route requires a permit, obtain it from Zion National Park before your shuttle departure and bring the required documentation with you.

Plan Your Gear

Make sure you have the equipment, food, water, and route information needed for your entire trip. If you’re renting gear from Zion Adventures®, confirm your pickup instructions before the shuttle day.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled shuttle departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Weather conditions do not permit guests to cancel their shuttle. If Zion Adventures® determines that conditions make the shuttle unsafe to operate and rescheduling is not possible, all purchases will be refunded in full.

Planning An Early Shuttle?

Some departures leave before our store opens, so rental equipment may need to be picked up the evening before.

Trailhead Access Can Change

Remote Roads. Changing Conditions. Flexible Plans.

Getting to some ZIon trailheads means traveling beyond paved roads. Rain can make the primitive road to Chamberlain’s Ranch and eastern trailheads impassable, while mud and snow can limit access to Lava Point and other high-elevation western trailheads.

Published departure and arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather, road conditions, trailhead access, and passenger timeliness can affect the schedule. Contact Zion Adventures® for current road information when your route depends on a remote or high-elevation drop-off.
